Masala Dosa........ 

This is a classic South Indian dish that is loved by many. To make masala dosa, you will need to prepare the dosa batter by soaking and grinding rice and lentils. The filling is made with potatoes onions and spices such as turmeric cumin and mustard seeds. Spread the filling on the dosa and serve with coconut chutney and sambar.

Paneer Dosa......... 

For this recipe prepare the dosa batter and make the dosa as usual. In a separate pan cook paneer with spices like garam masala turmeric and chili powder.Once the paneer is cooked spread it on the dosa and roll it up. Serve with tomato chutney or mint chutney.

Egg Dosa........... 

To make egg dosa, prepare the dosa batter and make the dosa as usual. Break an egg onto the center of the dosa and spread it around. Add some chopped onions tomatoes and green chilies on top of the egg. Fold the dosa over and serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup.

Cheese Dosa.......... 

For this recipe prepare the dosa batter and make the dosa as usual. Once the dosa is cooked sprinkle grated cheese over it and let it melt. Fold the dosa over and serve hot with tomato chutney or ketchup.

Spinach Dosa........... 

To make spinach dosa, add a handful of spinach leaves to the dosa batter while grinding. Once the batter is ready make the dosa as usual. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato chutney.

Rava Dosa........... 

This dosa is made with semolina or rava instead of rice and lentils. Mix rava with rice flour all purpose flour yogurt and water to make a batter. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes. Heat a skillet and pour the batter onto it. Sprinkle chopped onions cumin seeds and green chilies on top. Cook until the edges turn brown, and the dosa is crispy. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.

For this recipe, prepare the dosa batter and make the dosa as usual. Sprinkle chopped onions on top of the dosa and press them lightly. Cook until the dosa is crispy and brown. Serve hot with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
